Culture Night Buncrana will return on Friday, 18 September 2026, and organisers are inviting artists, musicians, performers, schools, community groups, businesses and creatives from across Inishowen to get involved.

This year’s theme is:

Edge of the Atlantic, Heart and Sound of the Arts.

Following the success of last year’s celebrations, organisers are hoping to make Culture Night Buncrana 2026 even bigger, creating another evening of creativity, culture and community spirit in the heart of Buncrana.

Whether you would like to host an event, showcase your work, perform, collaborate, volunteer or simply share an idea, there are plenty of ways to participate.

Local businesses are also encouraged to get involved. From hosting exhibitions and performances to transforming premises into creative spaces for the evening, businesses have an opportunity to play a key role in bringing Culture Night to life.

Culture Night is a celebration of arts, creativity and community, and events such as this help showcase the talent, energy and cultural vibrancy that make Buncrana and Inishowen such special places to live and visit.
