Crolly Distillery (also known as Croithlí Distillery) is a boutique craft whiskey distillery located in the picturesque Gaeltacht village of Croithlí (Crolly) in west County Donegal, set between the Wild Atlantic Coast and the majestic Derryveagh Mountains. It stands as the first licensed whiskey distillery in Donegal since 1840, reviving a long‑lost tradition of Irish distilling in this historic part of the county.
