🎶 Award-winning Irish folk and world music band Kíla will now perform live at Buncrana Cinema on Saturday, 3rd October, following the postponement of their original date.

Known for their electrifying live performances, Kíla have spent more than three decades blending traditional Irish music with global influences to create a sound that is uniquely their own. Their music combines whistles, fiddles, Uilleann pipes, bodhrán and Irish-language lyrics with world percussion, brass and contemporary rhythms, resulting in an unforgettable live experience.

Formed in Dublin in the late 1980s, Kíla are widely regarded as one of Ireland’s most innovative and exciting bands. Alongside their acclaimed live shows, they are also known internationally for their work on the soundtracks of the Oscar-nominated animated films The Secret of Kells, Song of the Sea and Wolfwalkers, as well as their IFTA Award-winning score for Arracht.
