Our Visitor Centre based in Buncrana will meet all your visitor needs showcasing the best of this part of Ireland’s unique tourist offer. It also includes a Motorhome parking facility and small retail shop with local arts and crafts on site, all located beside stunning sandy beaches and Inishowen’s largest town. The Inishowen 100” may sound like a Formula One race, but it gets its name from the approximate distance in miles of the sign-posted circuit, which starts in Newtoncunningham on the Inishowen Peninsula.

2025 Inishowen Walking Festival Launched The 2025 Inishowen Walking Festival will take place this year from Friday 12th – Saturday 20th September across the beautiful Inishowen, organised by Go Visit Inishowen and Inishowen Development Partnership. “Meet the Maker” Week launched to celebrate Inishowen’s Arts & Crafts

New Bus Service to Wild Ireland

A new connecting bus service is being piloted this summer, July and August, from Buncrana and Muff to Wild Ireland, twice a week. The service will operate on Tuesdays and Fridays, the fare is €2 return for all passengers and under 5 travel free.
