Overview: On the Eastern side of the Isle of Doagh, on the shores of Trawbreaga Bay, lies Lagacurry Beach. This lovely stretch of sandy strand can be found just in front of ‘The Doagh Famine Village’. However, it is unsafe for swimming due to the strong undercurrents in the waters of Trawbreaga Bay.
