Donegal Airport is located at Carrickfinn, Kincasslagh, Co. Donegal. Carrickfinn is located on the west coast of Donegal on the Wild Atlantic Way and is within a Gaeltacht region, therefore many of the locals are fluent in the native Irish language. The airport is approximately a 15 minute drive from Dungloe and Gweedore, 45 minutes drive from Letterkenny with Donegal town one hours drive. Donegal Airport is situated on the west coast in the area of the Rosses/Gweedore.
